Stay Informed Retail Council members receive our newsletter, the Retailer, ten times a year. We present a broad range of interesting topics in this publication with a focus on membership benefits and services, retail industry issues, important state legislation and political analysis as it relates to the retail industry. The Legislative Summary issue, released each October, reports on the status of hundreds of retail-related bills considered by New York state lawmakers during the past year’s legislative session.
