Labor & Monitoring Consultants (LMC) advises Council members on labor standards issues regulated by New York State and the United States Department of Labor. And the best news...this service is provided at no additional cost to Retail Council members!

In addition to answering questions, LMC provides members with expert tips on how to comply with current regulations in the most cost effective way. They are also regular contributors to the Council's newsletter, the Retailer.

Affordable radio advertising production

Reasonably priced and flexible, radio advertising is a great way to reach customers. Retail Council members can take advantage of affordable radio production through a special partnership we have formed with The Write Creative, a Rochester, N.Y. -based radio production business.

For Retail Council members, The Write Creative will provide a single or multi-voiced 30 or 60-second radio spot. The spot will be written, produced, and sent to radio station(s) all at a steeply discounted price. Additional discounts may be available for advertisers seeking to produce multiple radio spots.

The fee for producing the radio spot does not include the cost of purchasing airtime. Airtime is purchased from radio stations directly and the stations set the prices. The Write Creative retains local media buyers and can, for an additional fee, help their clients place ads on appropriate radio stations in any market.
